Travelling Party FAQ’s
Mobile Party Terms and Conditions
Clients (parents or guardians hosting the party) must hold adequate public liability insurance for all guests and performers for their function. Fairy Cool Parties will not be responsible for any injuries/illnesses that may be suffered during the party duration.
In the event that the performer does not attend a client’s function, Fairy Cool Parties agrees to refund the entire deposit to client. Fairy Cool Parties will not be liable for any loss or damages that may be of any consequence from a non-performance under any circumstances. While we always aim to be as punctual as possible as travel across Melbourne sometimes unexpected roadworks/ accidents etc can delay our arrival. Our hosts will always notify you as soon as they are aware of any reason they may be late so we suggest you keep your phone near you as you’re not worried, and can potentially adapt your party plans.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR THE ENTERTAINER FOR A MOBILE PARTY?
Your host will bring everything needed for the entertainment including games, prizes, music etc. We do ask for access to a power point for our CD player (although batteries can be provided when required for an additional $10), and a clear space either inside or outside. While we love to host parties outside we do ask that there is a shaded area for us to use, and also picnic rug to sit on if the ground is not suitable. Also if you have having face painting 2 chairs and a small table would be appreciated.
Access to power is essential for all our mobile Disco, Pamper and Glamour parties.
WHEN Will MY HOST ARRIVE?
Your host will arrive 4 minutes before your requested start time, and can begin entertainment immediately. Your disco party host will arrive 10 minutes earlier, and Glamour & Pamper hosts 15 minutes to set up and start on time.
WILL I HEAR FROM MY HOST BEFORE THE DAY?
Yes of course! After your email confirmation from our bookings administration, your host will send you a confirmation text msg early in the week of the day re-confirming all your booking details. The confirmation text msg from the host is to double confirm they have all the correct details for your party, and you can be rest assured they will be turning up to the right location and time. This is also to ensure you have your host’s number should you need to contact them directly on the day, or would like to discuss further any party details.
HOW DO I PAY?
Upon every mobile party booking a non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days to secure your party date (amount due will vary on party theme) This can be made by either a bank transfer or CC. Your party date may be transferable depending availability. The remaining balance can be either paid via bank transfer/bank deposit the week of your party or in cash to the host on the day for mobile parties. We ask that the balance be discretely given to the host in an envelope at the end of the party if you wish to pay cash. Please note that our performers do not carry change so we ask for the correct amount to be arranged by you prior to the party.
