At Fairy Cool Parties, there are some rules and conditions we would like to tell you about. Please read these conditions so you are familiar with them. In booking with Fairy Cool Parties you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree with these conditions.

Please note that you, as the person booking the party, is referred to as “the Hirer”.

Payment
A $250 deposit is required to confirm your booking and is due within 48 hours of booking made, by bank transfer or CC. We will hold your booking for 48 hours but failure to pay deposit within the allocated timeframe could result in loss of your requested timespot. The final outstanding payment fees are required to be paid either the week of, or on the day of your party.

Cancellations/ Transfers
All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. ​

If you provide 4 weeks’ notice and would like to re-book within 6 months of the date of your party, then we can happily do so subject to availability at no extra charge.

Please note that if you wish to transfer your booking with less than 4 weeks’ notice the previous deposit will be forfeited and new booking charges will apply.

Arrivals
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your party as party set‐up is occurring prior to this time. Access to Fairy Cool Parties will be only be available 5 minutes prior to your party start time.

Guests:
All children that are aged 18 months upwards are considered a guest and should be included in the guest numbers. Birthday children must also be included in the guest numbers. Please note that any unconfirmed children that attend on the day will be added to the final invoice. This includes any siblings that join in the party program. If the hirer wishes for unconfirmed guests to not be included in the party program it is their responsibility to notify their guests.

Confirmation of guest numbers and final price
Please confirm your final guest numbers with us email, no later than the Wednesday before your party (if on a weekend) or 48 hours prior to any weekday booking. If you are ordering any upgrades please make sure these are also confirmed at this time. Once final numbers have been confirmed, we will confirm the final amount due. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any ‘no-shows’ on the day.

Responsibility for Children & Guests
The wellbeing of children and guests attending Fairy Cool Parties is the responsibility of the Hirer and parents/adults of children attending the function. While all of our staff are Working with Children checked, they are busy for providing entertainment for all children and the hirer must always be present.

Children of age 3 years and under must have a guardian or parent stay with them throughout the duration of the party.

Allergies
While Fairy Cool Parties is a nut-free zone, management of children’s allergies is the responsibility of the Hirer. Fairy Cool Parties accepts no responsibility for children eating food they may be allergic to during a party.

Damage to Fairy Cool Parties
Any damage to The Fairy Cool Parties equipment, theming/decorations or facilities incurred during a party is to be paid by the Hirer.

Issues Beyond Our Control
Fairy Cool Parties reserves the right to cancel parties at any time for any reason. Examples include but are not limited to building damage through weather, fire or electrical malfunction or technology issues. Fairy Cool Parties accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person, equipment or merchandise as a result of a cancellation. The Hirer indemnifies Fairy Cool Parties Kids against any such claim, action, loss or damage.
